• Some folks are too lazy to read what's already here and either skim material or don't bother reading at all. They send me an email with a question when the answer was right here in front of you. This makes it harder to get to questions that haven't been answered on this page. When we get new questions, we update the pages so everyone gets new answers to new questions as fast as possible.

• Therefore, please try to review all the links and vidoes, friends and affiliates before sending me a question that may be covered in the literature here and at other web sites.
